Something is rotten in Washington, D.C. The United States plans to withdraw unilaterally from the Treaty on Open Skies while getting increasingly entangled in another round of Ukrainegate. This is further compounded by the covid-19 epidemic, the second wave of which may send the US into a new Great Depression. On the other hand, the US wants China to foot the bill. What do these actions by the US mean for our all too vulnerable world today? And how is the world going to change tomorrow?
